Please help me figure this out 700 1987

I have a 1987 Volvo 740 Turbo sedan (B230ft). About 2 yrs. ago I parked it and at the time it smoked a little white smoke and there was antifreeze mixed with oil. I know the head gasket was cracked and leaking and mixing the two.

The problem is is that I let someone put a bottle of quick fix head gasket repairer in it and it sat for a year. The car is a stick shift and will not start. I drained the oil and it was a light brown color. We pulled the car up the street to "pop the clutch (stick shift)" and it would not budge. I took the starter off to see the flywheel and pulled it again. The flywheel did not move at all.

I bought a new head gasket set and new head bolts. I am under the impression that the pistons are seized in the block. Can this be fixed without rebuilding the motor? If so how?

I really LOVE this car and want to get it going. Already spent 400.00 on the head gasket set and head bolts. PLEASE can someone tell me what to do?

Thank you for your time and I hope that someone can help me.

J.
