nut seized on headlamp stud 200 1991

one of the nuts is seized on to a stud (rather a hex head screw) that holds the headlamp mounting bracket (part #1312621) onto the car. the nut-stud/screw now spins together in the socket on the headlamp bracket. is there a good way to separate the headlamp assy from the bracket with the bracket still bolted onto the car? thanks.
