B23ET into 1970 142 140-160

I have a rhd 69 142 4spd and I am considering dropping in a spare B23E with a VX cam.

Any advice and questions will be most welcome. I understand that I will need new engine mounts and retain the B20 sump - any known makers? Do i have to straighten up the B23 or can I leave on a slant?
