So when I recently had my exhaust system replaced, the volvo mechanics said that they weren't able to completely seal the system due to a tweak in the lead pipe (part leading from manifold to catalytic converter) that I got when I spun out and hopped a curb. A new lead pipe is $240 from the dealer, and only $20 from my local pick and pull. However, the volvo people said that if I got a new pipe, I had to get one from another '91. Do other years work, or must it be from the same year?
