'92 740 Regina Hard - Start Dies off Idle 700

Good Morning Folks;
I am still having problems with my daughter's '92 740. We replaced the fuel pump last week and after 50 or so miles of test driving all appeared to be well. My wife went to start it this morning and it was hard to start. She got about 1/2 mile from home and the car quits. Hard to start but once running seems to idle okay. As soon as you give it throttle it dies in park or in gear (automatic). I managed to get it home and with the hood up I rotate the throttle drum and it stumbles big time and quits. The codes say faulty TPS and a oxy sensor / vacuum leak. Oxy sensor is new a couple of months ago. The TPS clicks off idle and I have checked the vacuum hoses for leaks, visually and with carb cleaner. Any other ideas? TPS faulure? I have a spare TPS if required, is the Regina ajustment procedure the same LH2-4?

Regards;
