Do any of these work anymore? I bought one, installed it, and it worked one time for a few hours. It stopped the next time I started the car. When I fiddled with the wiring harness (clock end), it sparked and blew out my gauge cluster PCB - and gave me a nice little jolt as well. I transferred all my gauges over to a new housing and PCB, and now all is well on the panel. I also contacted the guy who sold me the clock and he sent me another one for free. I installed it carefully, fearing the same thing might happen. It went in okay...and this one even lights up....a little. However it only kept time for a few hours after it was first installed, and not since.

I wonder if there's something I'm doing/not doing with these clocks. All the connections are correct, and my tach is getting plenty of power. I have read that 75% of these pulled clocks no longer work. If that is the case, I think I will just pull it out and use my radio clock. I'm not so in love with it that I'll worry with the headaches of replacing the capacitors. Thanks in advance...
