B230F Stumbles - No Dash Lights 200 1990

Hey Bricksters,

The engine stumbles regularly, but doesn't backfire - stumbles like it sort of goes into a "glide" mode - weird enough I would say. The cap/rotor are brand new. Wires are a year old. FPR is good. Pressure at the fuel rail is excellent. The car never acutally shuts off, it goes into this weird gliding" mode. Any suggestions ?

Also,

The check Engine Lights remains lit - there are NO dash lights - What gives ? is there a common point of failure in the 245's ? If so, what is it ?

Your input is greatly appreciated !
