What is the plug of choice on the BB?

I have tried several and seem to come back to the NGK6ES or 5ES? Memory fails on occasion
The Champions i used in a pinch were garbage.
Right now I have some type that has the really thin pencil lead sized electrode (titanium or something) Not really sure if they are good. Expensive but maybe not good.
