Need opinion help on rebuild QUICK!

I am looking at an 85 740 turbo diesel that has recently had an engine rebuild, injector pump rebuild and injector rebuild. I have an 86 740 turbo diesel that is leaking oil, has old injectors, and the injector pump is starting to leak.
My question is, is the car worth buying and swapping the engine and pump?
I have never had experience with rebuilds and want to know what people think of them.
It was rebuilt by a supposedly reputable diesel garage.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
