Hiccups on the highway 200 1993

Last time this happened it was my 79 245 std w/od, but it only did it when the tank was below 1/2 full - turned out to be the in tank fuel pump.
Now my 93 245 w/ AT is doing it (full gas tank): a brief 1/2 second hiccup. Started at once per week, then once per trip, now several times on an 18 mile trip. Mostly noticable on the highway, but I think it's doing it too on the local roads, just harder to notice.
Any ideas?
