Throttle Body Cleaning/IAC Valve Issue 900

Hi Guys,
I have noticed lately my idle and off-idle performance have dropped a bit.
I am wanting to take off the TB and clean it with a new gasket, so my questions are:
1)How do I remove the TB assy?
2)What cable do I remove and how? (don't want to screw anything up)
3)How do you clean the T-shaped ISC? (do I just spray out the t-shaped part only?)
4)What type of cleaner to use? (carb spray or TB cleaner?)
5)How do I remove the intake hose (the flame trap, so I don't break it, and can I just spray that out too?)
Last time I cleaned a TB, I used carb spray and an old toothbrush. I'm REALLY NERVOUS on this procedure, it's not like the TB on my old Dodge van, that one was easy, except for getting the accel cable put back on. Am I missing anything?
You guys are a treasure trove of info, BTW...I can only imagine what the dealer would want to have the procedure done, that's for sure.
Please advise....Thanks! Dave
I have a 96 960 with the 2.9 str. 6, AW automatic trans.
