High Idle on 960 900 1995

I have an idle problem on my 1995 960. It seems it wants to idle at 1200 rpm. I replaced the TPS, cleaned the IAC and MAF. All to no avail. It still wants to idle fast.
I wanted to clean the throttle body but didn't know how to remove the throttle linkage without breaking something so I left it alone.
What else could be causing this?
