740Ti- Oil leak around filler tube 700

I have an oil leak at the seal where my dipstick tube meets the block...
Oil is seeping out between the dipstick tube and what looks to be a retainer that screws down over top of it.
I've been driving over a 7 mile 5% grade for a while now and I will need to from now on as I go to school in the next city over. I kept noticing a smell of burning oil but thought it was old kludge from my breather box hose being off (oops).
Anyway I looked and found oil all the way back to my cat. I traced it up to the dipstick tube.
It won't spin around, but it does move visibly side to side and there is a little oil accumulated there.

What to do? Can it be tightened or a seal replaced?

Thanks,
Will
