Vrmmmmm...donuts... 120-130 1967

Hello All:

1967 Volvo 122S wagon. Please excuse if this is a repeat, I just had my last post disappear.

The throttle shaft that connects the throttle pedal to the carburetors passes through two pieces of metal - one on the rear of the engine, the other mounted just above the exhaust manifold - and these pieces of metal each have what appears to be a rubber or flexible plastic donut in a shape not unlike the wheel of a car minus the tire. Due to getting "machined" from a poorly turned cotter pin or perhaps simply 41 years of use, one of these donuts failed allowing the throttle shaft to pass through the hole of the front mounting. A combination of washers, plumbing fittings and a new cotter pin are a quick fix but I would like to replace both of the donuts with the proper item. Does anyone know where I could source something small like that?

Incidentally, inner diameter is around 5/16", outer diameter is a bit larger than 9/16".

Cheers,

Pooch
