Color Code Question 140-160 1969

I have a 1969 164, dark blue, color code 096. Have these codes been discontinued or changed? I recently inquired from a paint guy to check out my color and he came up with a bluish-purple color. It should look dark navy blue. Anybody have any experience with these codes these days?
