1956 444, How much is it worth? 444-544

Hi,
I'm looking at a 56 444. The paint is powdery. the bottom of the passenger door is a little rusted. and a section of the bumper is rusty too. It's all there, great shape. i don't know if it runs but the engine is very clean. the floorboards are nice and there is no rust underneath. It needs a new headliner. that, and a little cleaning up and it should be great. The seller wants me to come up with a price, what do you guys think is fair? is in the $700 range good, or should I go up to $1,000? Thanks.
