Low idle issues 200 1986

I cant figure out why my car idles 600 & lower in gear.
When in park its about 900 like normal. I replaced the
computer cause I blew it when I got the idle control valve
and the tps sensor plugs crossed. The idle control valve is
a newer pick n pull part with the same part number. What could
the problem be?
ps the engine harness has been updated too
