radio help 200 1988

ahh...I am installing a radio in my 240...I got a diagram from that one site that has all the volvo wiring diagrams...I guess what I want to know is there an amp in here somewhere, because the speaker wires are the same color, and I don't see a yellow/black wire either, which it tells me is the switched 12v power...I know if there is an amp I will just have to wire directly to the speakers from the unit...the crutchfield sheet acts like there is an amp only if there is rear speakers...I also remember a way me and a friend made the speakers in a bmw work, it was very weird, they like shared grounds or something, is this what the volvo does also?

any help appreciated, I just want to use the wires that are there for a clean look as I do not want to tear the whole door apart if I don't need to.

plus when you look in the wiring harness in the dash there is no wires that really match the speaker wires in the door...I searched on here, but didn't really see anything
