Spark plugs to use 200 1984

Hey guys,


What brand of spark plugs do you think I need to use in the 242? I'm thinking it's time to change them now- I was fiddling around with it early this morning and decided that I might as well do it while the weather's still good. I intend to use only the best brand of plugs since I like my cars to be perfect. The 242 has the B23 engine.

Also, while I'm on the subject of the 242, is the use of synthetic transmission fluid recommended for the M46?
