Another Wiper Question 200

The old wiper motor (apparently) stopped working, so I replaced it with a new Scan-Tech motor from Eeuroparts. Everything worked fine except when switching to the fast wiper speed, which blew the fuse. Less than a week later motor not working at all. Could this be relays?
