1993 240 Headlights always on 200 1993

I haven't started troubleshooting this problem yet, but was wondering if anyone else has run into this and has some insight.

My headlights & taillamps (and full night time interior illumination) are always on providing the car is running, even when the headlight switch is in the off position. Turning the headlight switch to the second (marker light?) position turns everything off except for the marker lights (which is correct I believe). Turning the headlight switch to the full on position (when the car is running) turns all the appropriate lights on again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
