Caliper Bolt? 120-130

Exploring a persistent noise in the front wheel of my 68 130, I managed to break off a frozen caliper bolt.

During my search through the Grade 8 hardware at the local ACE, I found that the caliper plate is not tapped for a conventional coarse thread - or fine thread bolt.

1/2-coarse does not fit at all.
7/16-coarse doe not mesh.
7/6-20 will go partly in, but seizes up.
M12 does not fit either.

What is the thread and pitch of this bolt and where can I get a new one?
