The threads in the oil pan for the drain plug were stripped.

I tried a single oversized drain plug and it does not work(too tight to thread it in).

Then I added some industry tap to help tight the drain plug in.
But it will fail and hard to deal with next time.
Also it leak a little bit.

I am looking for a permanent fixing now.

Someome recommend Time-Sert (http://www.timesert.com/html/drainplug.html).

I do not have any experence about it and it is expenssive for me.
It also does not provide correct size drill driver to deal the oil drain threads.


Any suggestion?
