245 leaks fixed 200 1988

So, my slightly hurt 245 didn't sell here, and I never got around to putting it up on Craigslist. I decided to work on it a bit, and managed to pound out the tail light socket enough to fit a replacement light. Yesterday I decided to see what that tranny fluid leak that it developed after the accident was about. Turns out that while it sat, the fuel line that goes over the top of the engine cracked, so when I started it I got a nice gas mist all over everything.

The trans leak, just as I thought, turned out to be a cracked line over by the bracket that holds them to the frame. The line conveniently was the same size as the fuel line. 5/16 fuel hose fixed both leaks. I know the trans lines are close to exhaust, but I haven't had any trouble doing this on GM cars, so I think it'll be OK. Fuel hose is tough.
