I just took apart the interior panel on stuck rear door to get to the insides of the door, even though I could not open it. Take out the door handle or handles if viewing the other good working door, I think it was a special torq bit instead of the usual philips head screws. Then the electric window switch easily unplugs as well as the speakers wires. Roll the window down and the window will recess in the rear so you can sort of gently use a scredriver to pry that part of the panel up, I dont think I damaged it, there are two metal tabs at the top that the panel fits into and snugs the panel and window weatherstripping to the window, I bent them back maybe half an inch in my exertions while the panel was coming off the top of the door, I bent them back till the the weatherstripping and panel were snug against the window when I reassembled the panel. I do weigh 300 lbs and am 6 foot four. So a smaller person may have to use alot more strenght than I seemed to use. After some pulling the rest of the panel will come off. At one point I used alot of strength and it seemed I could damage something in the panel but I was ready to accept the damage in order to have a working rear door. All that was needed after examining the other door was to use a long screwdriver to pry a stubby rod up, which was up near the door handle inside the door, just trace the inside handle linkage as it works, if you have the same situation as me, my linkage was intact and it needed an extra 1mm or two of travel to push the rod up. The door popped open with a seal creaking sound like the door weatherstripping had been stuck to the body for five years. Then I lubed all the mechanisms and it now works great. I hope this helps someone else.
