Engine teardown - camshaft bearing removal 140-160

Hi, I have my 74 B20F engine almost 100% apart now and getting ready for the rebuild. I was wondering what is the preferred way of removing the camshaft bearings. Since some are a bit hard to reach, it's not obvious how to do it.
