B20F rebuild: What's the consensus on piston bore? 140-160

I haven't got all the details figured out yet, but there will be a turbo (Garrett T4 I think) and a stage 2 head on my rebuilt engine. What is the consensus as far as going up in piston size? I know the 2.1 is a relatively easy upgrade. I have heard of 2.2L B20's. Is there much to gain in terms of hp and/or much to loose in terms of longevity? I am not necessarily looking for max HP, just exploring the options.
