Oil Leak at shutdown 200 1991

I've cleaned the entire PVC system including the Oil Separator. I,ve cleaned everything up underneath, and this is coming out of the bottom of the support bracket which hides the back of the oil pan.
I had that off, and cleaned it up. Put it back on and ran the car a while.
Turned the car off, and then it leaked!

This is not the first time I noticed this leak after shutting down the engine.

Why is this?

Anyway, it seems to me it is either the oil pan gasket or the Rear Main Seal. Either of these: 1)I do not feel I have the equipment. 2)is too costly to repair. 3)Will require dissassembly of so many items I would not trust anyone to do the repair and not screw something else up.

Anyway, still curious about the timing of the oil leak.
