This problem has been getting progressively worse. Car starts fine when cold or warm. After warmup however, it surges at all speeds. Of course most noticable at idle. It can quite quickly reach 25mph if you are on flat ground and release the brake. Then again, it might not do it at all and idle perfectly. So far I have cleaned the iac then exchanged it with a running car's also switched the amm and ecu and cleaned the throttle body. If you pinch off either the hose from the iac or the hose to the brake booster, the idle returns to normal. I think I have looked at every post on every site but haven't found the answer. Anyone else have a problem like this that was resolved?
