ZF inner tie rod end 200

I just went to replace my ZF inner tie rod end with a Lemforder replacement part and found the old lock washer was a smaller diameter than the shoulder of the tie rod. This does not allow the washer to be peened over to lock th end in place. Are ther different diameter washers available?
