B16 engines - What oil & gas do you use? 444-544

Wahoo! After decades my 59 445 is running again! :)
A couple of questions, please;
- I read in an '59 old owners manual on the internet that you should use 97 octane gas. Do you all use high test (97 or higher?). Does anyone use octane booster? Is 97 + octane really necessary for a B16?
-Oil - What oil do you B16ers use? An O.M. from 1959 on the internet says SAE 20-20W is recommended. Is that what you all use? Even in the winter?
