Major oil loss in 940 Turbo

Just changed the oil in my 92 940T and after I started it up and backed it off the ramps, I saw that all the oil is out of the car and on the ground. I assume it came out only after the car was running, but I don't know this for sure.

Any ideas? I'm reading the FAQ oil cooler stuff.

Thinking about putting the old oil in to diagnose, but debating whether I should just go ahead and change the o'rings down there.
