What other year transmission is compatible with 940 1993 AW 71? 900

What other year transmission is compatible with 1993 AW71? I think my transmission has short life left. I can hear a high pitch bearing noise and I can feel it on the ATF cooling pipes. I have been looking in the internet and it seems no one has a 1993 940 AW71.
