Hello, My clean 88 760 Turbo Wagon, seems to falter or fall flat after hard acceleration. It will start off hard with boost then seems to cut out, engine doesn't die, it is as if the turbo is abruptly turned off.

I put a different AMM on it, changed the turbo inlet hose, checked the little hose for boost blowbuy, looked good, not sure it is perfect. Didn't check the gasket on some valve.

I do have small hole in the intercooler drain plug!

Turbo seems strong when it is boosting before it abruptly falters, the falter is a staccato movement. It does not totally stop, I let off when it occurs.

Any hints?
