Hello, I have noticed what sounds like a "whistle" coming from my manual '83 242Ti. I'm pretty sure it's tranny or o/d related, because the noise goes away when the o/d is engaged. The car shifts great, no slipping, and I'm not too worried at this point. Just more concerned what it would possibly be for a "future" repair... Thanks!
