Help needed before purchase 200 1990

I just saw this ad on Craigslist:

It looks pretty good. I talked to the owner briefly and am about to take a look at it. The bad idle is NOT compression, owner stated that it is OK. So I am assuming it is a dirty throttle position sensor or some other sensor.

The sunroof is after market and "does not leak". The price is a little high for a 1990, but...

What other things should I be looking for, I will not be taking my tool kit with me.
