1991 740 Wagon No Start Weird Problem! 700 1991

Hi. I have a 1991 Volvo 740 Wagon Automatic that was running fine till a few days ago. On my way home the car suddenly felt weak and underpowered but I was able to limp it home. At the same time the warning lights on the dash came on one after another! Fisrt srs, then a pause for a few seconds, then abs, followed by a pause and then another. Well I tried to start it the next morning but it won't turn over. When the key is in the accessory position everything functions strong as it should- door chime, interior lights, headlights etc... But when I try to crank it over, I hear the fuel pump working the starter clicks sometimes, but nothing else.
The alternator is new, the battery is fine and i checked/cleaned all the connections from the battery to the alternator and starter, checked the fuses and made sure that I have plenty of gas! I used to have a Volvo 240 and when I had a no start condition I would spray the little 30 amp fuse holder under the hood with wire dryer. Does the 740 have one of these fuses? What is the yellow inline fuse coming off the positive terminal of the battery for? This is disconnected but I thought it was for the factory amp. Thanks in advance for any responses I might get. Sincerely-Patrick
