Does anyone use/recommend a lead additive? Or is it a waste of $$$? 444-544

I used to own a big block Corvette (no flames, please! We all make mistakes in life ).
I used a lead additive, Octane Supreme 130, which contained real lead. It was good insurance,IMHO.

I assume our old cars need lead, too? Does anyone use a lead additive? Octane Supreme 130? Or is it a waste of $$$? If you do use it, how much do you use per gallon of gas?
