Identifying Steering Rack for 88 240Wagon??? 200 1988

Hi all,
I'm trying to identify the rack I have in my 88 240 wagon 196k. I looked at the 700/900 faq but still couldn't quite figure it out. The problem is they say that the code should be in the bottom right corner of the product service tag. I think i'm looking at the right tag, its on the passenger side strut housing? i think, anyway it looks like the one in the illustration. The problem is i don't have a code in the bottom right. What i have is line 2 31, line 3 400-1, and line 4 5128, the last two lines are blank. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
