740 v.s. 960 wagon 700

I currently have a 1992 960 wagon, 217,000 miles, that broke the timing belt and crashed the head...I have since replaced the head,T-belt,water pump,tensioner,idlers, etc...Have had it on the road for the past week with no problems...However I now have the opportunity to buy a 1991 740 wagon with 191,000 miles, all new brakes,( caliper,pads,rotors) struts, shocks, ac retrofitted,leather, sun roof,Volvo floor mats; everything that the 960 has.
My question is would I be better off with the 740 or the 960?.....Thanks
