How much runout causes pulsation with warped discs 900 1994

1994 944T 177K

Started to experience vibrations/pulsations when applying the brakes. Feels like it is coming from the front.

I replaced the cone bushings yesterday with no effect.

I do not have a dial indicator but with a crude set up using feelers gauges I seem to have .004 variation on one disc and .006 on the other.

I have no idea of what specs are and at what point the shake and rattle set in. What can you tell me??
