1988 240 three wire oxygen sensor test? 200 1998

I have the original 3 wire sensor and want to test. Not sure which is ouput voltage wire.It is the original sensor.
My NOx reading keep fluctuating at inspection 1576,3584 and today 2782.1270 is legal limit here in NJ on the dyno
Replaced cat with aftermarket one 2 years ago. Still under warranty. Car has only 109k on it. No injector,intake manifold leak,fresh air hose and all vaccum lines are good,brake booster and vaccum valve for door locks.
