Dampner oil for my twin SU carbs. - Where can I purchase it? 444-544

Hello Again PV Braintrust Members,
As you may know I am trying to diligently restore my '59 Duett.
My twin SU carbs. call for "dampner oil". I believe 20W.
What the heck is dampner oil? I did a Google & came up with very little.
Most importantly, is there a place I can buy some in a convenient squirt bottle?
As usual, thanks in advance for your great assistance.
