I just spent a depressing hour on the phone trying to find some good winter tires for my 240's. For the past few years I have been using Hakkapeliitta RSI's because I don't care for studded tires. Everyone I talked to said that the RSI's are NLA in a 195/70R14 size and neither are the newer R's. In fact, one tire guy said that Nokian is only offering the WR (all season) series in the 195/70R14 size.

I've been mounting Hakkapeliitta's of one type or another for the past 30 winters. I sure as hell don't want to change old, and proven, habits this late in my life, but it looks like I might have to.

Can anyone suggest a GOOD substitute for Hakka's?
