Rough Idle 900 1993

Hi Folks,
I have a 1993 940T wagon with approx. 248k on the clock, the engine just started to idle very rough in the past few days and am wondering why. Almost seems like the engine is misfiring at idle but at speed it runs fine.

Basic tuneup about 10k ago included plugs, cap & rotor, Throttle body cleaning, was performed, Fuel pressure regulator was replaced about 30k ago.

Any recommendations ????
