Driver's side heated mirror doesn't heat 200 1993

1993 245: Problem is the driver's side heated mirror doesn't heat up like it should. Passenger heated mirror works fine. Any hints as to what might cause just the driver's side to fail? Do they have a common ground or different grounding points? Any help would be appreciated.
