Last Minute Blower Motor Replacement Q's 200 1992

Entering winter here in ND and tired of relying on the vent to defrost the windshield. During our blizzard in early November, the fan miraculously worked as I was stuck behind cars that couldn't move in the snow, but I'm not counting on the fan working again.

I have the new parts and started pulling things apart (side panels, glove compartment). Just wondering with my 1992 240 wagon, if there are any unique steps to the blower replacement I should be aware of -- either extra steps or steps I can avoid. I've seen Art's page, also.

Will I need to remove the ENTIRE dash or can I get it done with less removal? I'm just going to take my time the next couple days with it, but would still like to avoid any unnecessary steps if possible. Thanks in advance and wish me luck.

Jeff
