Stall at highway speed 200

Daughter's 1987 245, 250000+ miles.
Was informed that car will stall at highway speeds, instrument lights come on, no acceleration, no brake pedal has to pump brakes. She pulls over and car starts right back up.
Quick look, battery charging fine, no evidence of wire harness failure- jiggled the harness while running, various spots, no change.
I had daughter replace the fuel pump relay, waiting to hear results.
I wondered if maybe the battery might have gotten loose and might be shorting out on bumps.
Any suggestions welcomed.-Rick
