Sunroof stuck and sled wrecked S90-V90

Hi there,

I took apart my sunroof on my '97 960 / V90 wagon. It would not open and began to leak water.

The passenger side front latch was stuck and there's lots of plastic broken out of it. I ruined the front latch getting it unlatched so the passenger side sled could slide in the track.

I want to replace the entire sled mechanism that slides in the tracks and bolts to the glass. Does anyone know how to remove these from the tracks? It looks like the headliner needs to be dropped and each sled unit slid all the way down the track toward the rear of the car.

How is it done? Also, how does one disengage the sled mechanism from the cable?
