Auto Door Locking System 900 1994

My '94 940 has started to automatically lock all doors and trunk when I start to depress the exterior driver-side door handle latch, after I have also opened and closed another door or the trunk lid. If I exit the car and then re-enter, without touching any other door, the problem doesn't present itself. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
